I'm happy to live here!! I believe it is possible to solve the problem I mentioned. The apartment is spacious and well distributed with a great balcony to breathe fresh air. I love the size of the apartment and the patio, the issue is a nasty roach infestation. Management doesn’t care about this, and will only treat an apartment if requested. They don’t treat the whole building so roaches always come back fast. Apartments should be treated monthly. The grounds are not cleaned of trash, and there is only one dumpster for 608 apartments. Trash valet is hit or mis. I’m charged a monthly fee but trash is not picked up Friday or Saturday. The office is slow to respond.

Pros: The apartments are spacious and lots of nice things in the area. Maintenance is pretty good but sometimes takes awhile to get to orders. Shout out to J, he fixed my AC in like five minutes and was super friendly and helpful. He came the same day the order was put in and made the situation a lot better. He listened to my concerns and changed the battery on my door for me. Cons: The pool in the back is always locked and the front gates don't work. A few staff members in the office are super rude and they never answer the phone. Lots of broken equipment in the gym.

We have not had a working fridge since July. We’ve called maintenance at least 3 times just in the past month. And no response. I’d rather they just take the fridge out and I’d buy a fridge. These units also don’t come with washers and dryers and you have to rent them for 50$ a month. Definitely leaving or breaking the lease when it gets closer. Security gates don’t work and you pay all this money for your car to be broken into or hear shots a night. It’s a zero for us. Edit: Hit our 6 month mark here and still no working fridge! Right not time for thanksgiving. This place is a joke, save yourself the headache.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are considering living in this condominium, it is important that you think carefully before making that decision. Here, coexistence with insects, especially cockroaches, is a constant problem. Furthermore, the response from the condominium administration to resolve issues is extremely slow. To illustrate a situation, I had a serious leak problem in front of the front door of my apartment. Every time I entered or left the apartment, I was greeted by an unbearable musty smell and I am allergic to mold. I sent 2 messages on their system to try to resolve it, and they still told me that I only sent one message! Since August I've been trying to get them to resolve something, now I've decided that I no longer want to live in this community, because unfortunately it takes more than 2 months to resolve something serious (for me, because I'm allergic), I've lost trust. They simply say it's outside my apartment, but they forget that I go in and out of the door several times a day, trying to get in direct contact with the problem and harming my health. My experience here has been extremely unpleasant, and I in no way recommend this condominium to anyone who plans to live here. In addition to issues related to security, problems often occur involving the constant presence of police, making coexistence unbelievable. Furthermore, the presence of insects is a real pest. They appear inside the dishwasher, in the sink, along the walls and even in the air conditioning duct. We have tried several measures to eliminate the cockroaches, but unfortunately, nothing seems to take care of them, since the entire building is infested.
